Documentation Checklist for Delhi Solar Applications
BSES and Tata Power require strict adherence to document matching. Any discrepancy between your ID and your electricity bill will trigger a rejection.
Standard Document List

| Electricity Bill | Must be recent (under 3 months). Used to verify CA Number and Sanctioned Load. |
| Aadhaar & PAN Card | Name must exactly match the name printed on the electricity bill. |
| Proof of Ownership | Latest Property Tax receipt, Sale Deed, or Conveyance Deed. |
| Cancelled Cheque | Must be in the applicant's name for direct DBT subsidy transfer. |
Special Requirements for Delhi DDA/CGHS Flats
If you live in a DDA flat or a Cooperative Group Housing Society (CGHS):
- Roof Rights: You must provide a formal No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the RWA or Society stating you have exclusive rights to the specific roof area.
- Top Floor Residents: Even if you own the top floor, if the roof is considered common property under society bylaws, the NOC is strictly mandatory.
